Standard shipping Australia wide is a flat rate of $7.00. Express shipping for all purchases $15.00.
New Zealand deliveries are $20.00 and are a trackable service.
All orders placed before 5pm (AWST) Monday - Friday are dispatched that day from our head office.
All orders are processed and delivered via Australia Post.
Please allow 2-5 business days for Australia wide delivery and 5-7 business days for New Zealand delivery.
International shipping starts at $30.00. Depending on weight of purchase, the shipping price may increase. Please email the store if there is something you would like to purchase and live outside of Australia.
For delivery estimations to any other country please email the store.
If you require Express Post or Registered Shipping - please email the store and request this. Charges will apply for these services.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if you have not signed up to twenty3 cupids.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
